1992 Oldsmobile Achieva IMSA GTU race car was part of the GM Heritage Museum collection. This Scott Hoerr race car features a full tube chassis by HOERR RACING designed to race in the 1992 IMSA series by Scott Hoerr and professionally built by a GM factory backed effort, running in the IMSA GTU class.
It is powered by a fully race prepared dry sump 2300 cc OLDS QUAD 16V DOHC engine running with throttle body electronic fuel injection. Other features include: dry sump oil system and oil cooler, HEWLAND REAR MOUNTED FT-200, 5 speed TRANSAXLE with torque tube, autometer gauges, inboard rear disc brakes and WILWOOD alloy hubs.
