• Honeycomb aluminum safety cell commissioned from Reynard with separate laser cut sub-frames,

• A Hondata programmable ECU is fitted in order to get the most from the stock motor. This means that where the regular Honda/Acura motor cuts into Vtec mode at around 6000rpm, the Javan’s low weight enables the Vtec to work from as low as 3500rpm. This adds about 20 useable mid-range horsepower, and lets the motor be “on song” from 3500rpm, all the way to 9500rpm
• Stainless steel headers and free flow exhaust system
• The prototype’s track testing was carried out by the leading European Historic Formula One (F1) driver, who liked the car so much, that he bought one! He found that on the track, the Javan’s times were considerably faster than the Ferrari F430, and the Porsche GT3.
